Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

1.1/2 kg oil,

2.1/4 kg maidaa,

3.1/4 kg p=owdered sugar,

4.1/4 kg grated coconut,

5.100 gms walnut cut into pieces,

6.100 gms daits cut into pieces,

7.4 eggs,

8.1 tbsp baking powder and

9.1 tbsp vanilla essence.

Method:

1.Boil sugar and oil together.

2.Add beaten eggs into it and mix it well so that there are no lumps.

3.Add maida and baking powder,mixing it well.

4.Add the vanilla essence after this.

5.Keep the above mixture for 1/2 or 1 hour before baking it.

6.During baking the mixture,add grated coconut,walnut pieces and dait pieces into the mixture.

Your Carrot cake is ready!
