PANEER TIKKA MASALA Recipe
How To Make Paneer Tikka Masala:
250 gms paneer(cut into cubes), Five tbsps lemon juice, One tbsp grated ginger, Two crushed garlic cloves, Two chopped green chili, Three tbsps chopped coriander, One tbsp chilli powder, Two tbsps vegetable oil, Two chopped onions, Quarter tbsp turmeric powder, Three-four tbsps thick yogurt, Half cup milk and Salt to taste
Mix together lemon juice,ginger,garlic,green chili,half of the coriander,chilli powder,salt and paneer in a bowl. Cover the mixture and leave it to marinate for an hour. Heating oil in a pan,cook onions for about 3-4 minutes on low flame till transparent. Now add turmeric powder,yogurt,milk and the remaining coriander. Stir for a few minutes till the sauce thickens. Add the paneer mixture in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rotis,bread or rice.
