Paneer Tikka Masala



  • 250 gms paneer(cut into cubes),

  • Five tbsps lemon juice,

  • One tbsp grated ginger,

  • Two crushed garlic cloves,

  • Two chopped green chili,

  • Three tbsps chopped coriander,

  • One tbsp chilli powder,

  • Two tbsps vegetable oil,

  • Two chopped onions,

  • Quarter tbsp turmeric powder,

  • Three-four tbsps thick yogurt,

  • Half cup milk and

  • Salt to taste
  • How To Make Paneer Tikka Masala:

  • Mix together lemon juice,ginger,garlic,green chili,half of the coriander,chilli powder,salt and paneer in a bowl.

  • Cover the mixture and leave it to marinate for an hour.

  • Heating oil in a pan,cook onions for about 3-4 minutes on low flame till transparent.

  • Now add turmeric powder,yogurt,milk and the remaining coriander.

  • Stir for a few minutes till the sauce thickens.

  • Add the paneer mixture in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander.

  • Serve hot with rotis,bread or rice.
