PANEER KADHAI RECIPE

How To Make Paneer Kadhai:800-850 gms paneer(cut into cubes), Two-three chopped onions, One tbsp ginger-garlic paste, One roasted and pounded coriander seeds, One tbsp black pepper, One tbsp red chilli powder, Half tbsp turmeric powder, One and half cup tomato puree, One cup green,yellow & red chopped capsicums, Three-fourth tbsp cumin powder, Half tbsp green cardamom powder, One pinch of mace powder,clove powder,black cumin powder & fenugreek seeds(each), One tbsp fresh choppedcoriander leaves, Three tbsps ghee or butter and Salt to taste
Heating ghee in a pan,add chopped onions and saute until they turn brown. Adding ginger-garlic paste,stir and fry till there is no moisture. Now add red chilli powder,coriander seeds,black pepper powder,turmeric and stir-fry until they change colour. Then add tomato puree,salt,paneer cubes,capsicum and fry until the paneer is light brown. Sprinkle the cumin,cardamom,mace,clove,black cumin powders,fenugreek seeds and cook until the paneer is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with parathas or any pulao.
