PANEER MAKHANI RECIPE
Ingredients:
How To Make Paneer Makhani:Half Kg paneer tikka, Two tbsps butter, One tbsp oil, One tbsp kala jeera(black cumin), One cup tomato puree, One cup cream, Length wise chopped green chillies and Salt to taste
Heat the butter and oil in a pan. When the butter melts,add kala jeera and then the tomato puree,cookingover high heat. Stir the mixture a few times,till it comes to boil and then simmer till the puree splutters. Now adding salt and paneer,turn around a few times till paneer is coated with the puree and heated through. Add the cream and turn around a few times till well blended and hot. Garnish with the green chillies. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
