Paneer Makhani

PANEER MAKHANI RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Half Kg paneer tikka,

  • Two tbsps butter,

  • One tbsp oil,

  • One tbsp kala jeera(black cumin),

  • One cup tomato puree,

  • One cup cream,

  • Length wise chopped green chillies and

  • Salt to taste
  • How To Make Paneer Makhani:

  • Heat the butter and oil in a pan.

  • When the butter melts,add kala jeera and then the tomato puree,cookingover high heat.

  • Stir the mixture a few times,till it comes to boil and then simmer till the puree splutters.

  • Now adding salt and paneer,turn around a few times till paneer is coated with the puree and heated through.

  • Add the cream and turn around a few times till well blended and hot.

  • Garnish with the green chillies.

  • Serve hot with rice or rotis.
