PANEER MUSHROOM RECIPE
Ingredients:
How To Make Paneer Mushroom:Two cups mushrooms(cut into pieces), One cup paneer(cut into 1 cm cubes), Two tbsps soya oil, One tbsp garlic paste, Half cup chopped green capsicum, Half cup red chooped capsicum, One cup chopped spring onion, Two tbsps malt vinegar, Two tbsps soya sauce, Two tbsps chilli sauce and Salt to taste
Heat the oil in a non stick fry pan. Adding garlic paste,fry till dark brown. Now add capsicums and mushroom. Sprinkling little salt,keep covered on low flame till the vegetables become tender crisp. Add paneer and spring onion. keep stirring the mixture for one-two minutes. Finally add rest of the ingredients. Keep stirring for about two minutes. Serve hot!
