PANEER MUSHROOM RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Two cups mushrooms(cut into pieces),

  • One cup paneer(cut into 1 cm cubes),

  • Two tbsps soya oil,

  • One tbsp garlic paste,

  • Half cup chopped green capsicum,

  • Half cup red chooped capsicum,

  • One cup chopped spring onion,

  • Two tbsps malt vinegar,

  • Two tbsps soya sauce,

  • Two tbsps chilli sauce and

  • Salt to taste
  • How To Make Paneer Mushroom:

  • Heat the oil in a non stick fry pan.

  • Adding garlic paste,fry till dark brown.

  • Now add capsicums and mushroom.

  • Sprinkling little salt,keep covered on low flame till the vegetables become tender crisp.

  • Add paneer and spring onion.

  • keep stirring the mixture for one-two minutes.

  • Finally add rest of the ingredients.

  • Keep stirring for about two minutes.

  • Serve hot!
