Paneer Methi Recipe
Ingredients:
How To Make Paneer Methi:One cup paneer-cut into tiny pieces, Two cups chopped fenugreek leaves(methi bhaji), Half cup finely chopped onion, Two tbsps peanut oil, Two tbsps minced garlic, Two tbsps minced ginger, One tbsp chilli powder, Half tbsp turmeric powder, One tbsp cumin powder, Two tbsps coriander powder, One tbsp garam masala powder, Half cup tomato puree and Salt to taste
Heat oil in a non-stick kadai or pan. Adding onion,garlic and ginger fry till onion turns brown. Now add fenugreek(methi) leaves. Sprinkle little salt and keep it covered on low flame till it is cooked. Now add all the powders with little water to form a paste. Add tomato puree,paneer and salt to the above mixture. Add little water and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
