Paneer Chilly Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Half kilogram paneer,

  • Two tbsp salt,

  • One egg,

  • Half cup corn flour,

  • One tbsp ginger-garlic paste,

  • Two cups chopped onions,

  • Two tbsp sliced green chillies,

  • One tbsp soya bean sauce,

  • One tbsp vinegar,

  • Quarter tbsp ajinomoto,

  • Two-three tbsps oil and

  • Water(as per requirement)
  • Method:

  • Cut the paner into cubes.

  • Mix together paneer,salt,egg,corn flour,garlic,ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.

  • Heating oil in a pan,fry the paneer pieces caoted with mixture till they turn golden in color.

  • Now heating two tbsps of the oil in a pan,stir fry the onions in it for half a minute.

  • Adding the green chillies,salt,soya sauce,vinegar and ajinomoto,mix the fried paneer cubes.

  • Mixing well,garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
