Paneer Chilly Recipe
Ingredients:
Method:Half kilogram paneer, Two tbsp salt, One egg, Half cup corn flour, One tbsp ginger-garlic paste, Two cups chopped onions, Two tbsp sliced green chillies, One tbsp soya bean sauce, One tbsp vinegar, Quarter tbsp ajinomoto, Two-three tbsps oil and Water(as per requirement)
Cut the paner into cubes. Mix together paneer,salt,egg,corn flour,garlic,ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture. Heating oil in a pan,fry the paneer pieces caoted with mixture till they turn golden in color. Now heating two tbsps of the oil in a pan,stir fry the onions in it for half a minute. Adding the green chillies,salt,soya sauce,vinegar and ajinomoto,mix the fried paneer cubes. Mixing well,garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
