Today i m going over Pudina Paratha recipe.This is basically mint leaves mixed with wheat flour dough and roasted over a pan.So lets get started.
Ingredients:
1.Two cups wheat flour,
2.Mint leaves(put as per taste),
3.Oil or butter(as per need)
4.Water for dough and
5.Salt as per taste
Method:
1.Dry mint leaves and then powder it.
2.Mix flour,salt and mint powder.
3.Adding little water frequently make the mixture a dough.
4.Knead the dough well,cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
5.Divide the dough into small balls.
6.Roll out each ball to approximately six inch diameter.
7.Now roast rolled portion(paratha) on a pan,applying oil or butter on both the sides.
8.Roast till paratha turns little brown.
9.Serve the paratha hot with plain curd,raita,pickle or any curry!
