Vegetable Pulao

Today lets go over Vegetable Pulao Recipe which is basically basmati rice cooked with different vegetables.So lets get started!

Ingredents:

1.Half kg basmati rice,

2.100 gms ghee,

3.100 gms cooked and chopped paneer,

4.100 gms carrot,beans and peas each,

5.Two elaichis,

6.One inch cinnamon,

7.Three bay leaves,

8.Two tbsps cummin seeds,

9.Chilli powder(as per taste),

10.Turmeric(as per taste),

11.Salt(as per taste) and

12.Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

1.Heat the ghee and lightly saute it.

2.Add all vegetables and paneer to the ghee,sauting it.

3.In a separate pan saute all the spices.

4.Drain the rice and add the drained rice to the above mixture.

5.Fry the mixture for about five minutes till a nice smell comes out.

6.Add salt,vegetables and 500 ml of water.Cover and cook until done.

7.Garnish with coriander leaves.

8.Serve with Raita.
