Egg Biryani

Today we will see Egg Biryani Recipe.This is an indian recipe and targeted to food lovers who like eggs.

Ingredients:

1.Half kilogram basmati rice,

2.Eight eggs,

3.One big onion,

4.One tbsp biryani masla powder,

5.Six tbsps clarified Butter,

6.One tbsp fried onion,

7.One tbsp fresh coriander leaves,

8.One tbsp ginger garlic paste,

9.Four green chillies,

10.One bunch mint,

11.One tbsp oil,

12. One cup plain yogurt,

13.Slat as per taste and

14.Proportionate garam masala

Method:

1.Wash and soak rice for at least 30 minutes.

2.Meanwhile boil eggs.

3.Removing the outer shell of the boiled eggs,cut white portion of each of the egg into four long pieces on the without separating it.

4.In a kadai or pot,heat the clarified butter or oil.Add spices and fry the onions until they become golden brown and add ginger garlic paste,green chillies,mint coriander,biryani masala and curd.Cook the entire mixture.

5.In the same mixture,add one and half times of water to rice(water-rice ratio) and let it boil.

6.Add soaked rice mixing well. Cover the pot and cook till rice is done.

7.Then add red chilli powder,salt,eggs and besan.Fry until the eggs get coated with the spices.Remove the eggs and set aside.

8.When the air holes appear on the rice surface,reduce the stove heat to low.Cook until all of the water has drained off and the rice is tender.

9.Top rice with eggs.Serve with salad!
