Chicken Chilly Recipe

Ingredients:

  • One kg boneless chicken cut into small pieces,

  • One tbsp tomato sauce,

  • One tbsp chilli sauce,

  • Two tbsps soya sauce,

  • Two tbsps vinegar,

  • Six green chillies or capsicum(either of the one),

  • Four chopped onions,

  • One tbsp corn flour,

  • Two eggs,

  • One tbsp ajinamoto,

  • Cooking oil and

  • Salt to taste
  • How To Make Chicken Chilly:

  • Washing the chicken pieces,dry them.

  • Marinate the pieces with one tbsp soya sauce,vinegar,half tbsp tomato sauce,half tbsp chilli sauce and enough salt.

  • Beating the eggs,pour them on the chicken pieces.

  • Adding half a tbsp corn flour,mix well it well.Keep the misture aside for two hours.

  • Drain excess liquid and store in a container.

  • Heating oil in a pan,fry the chicken pieces.Keep it aside.

  • In the left over oil fry the green chillies(or capsicum) and chopped onion slightly.

  • Pour the excess liquid stored earlier.

  • Stir continuously,adding the chicken pieces.

  • Pouring the rest of the sauces,add a pinch of salt.

  • Mixing the half tbsp corn flour with a little of water,pour in the pan.

  • Adding the ajinamoto,stir well and serve hot.
