Ingredients:
General:
12 pieces of chicken wings
Marination:
1.Two tbsps red chilli paste,
2.Two tbsps garlic paste,
3.Two 2 tbsps cornflour,
4.One egg,
5.2 tbsps soya sauce,
6.Oil to fry,
7.Pepper to taste and
8.Salt to taste
Method:
1.Dress the chicken wings to remove the small bone.Accumulate all the flesh on the wings to the bottom.
2.The bone remains as a stick in the lollypop.
3.Marinate the chicken wings with the above ingredients.Keep aside for half an hour.
4.Heat oil to a medium temp.Deep fry the lollypops for 5 mins.Remove and keep aside.
5.For serving,heat oil to a hot temp.Deep fry again to crisp brown color.This helps in keeping the lollypops crisp for a long time.
