Bread Rasmalai

Serves:2

Ingredients:

1.5 Bread slices,

2.1 cup sugar,

3.500ml milk,

4.Elaichi(green cardimum),Badam,Pista,Kesar Jaifal powder according to taste and

5.Badam Pista slices.

Method:

1.Cut the sharp edges of bread slices and make small peices of the remaining bread in round shape.

2.Boil a mixture of 1/2 cup water and1/2 cup sugar until it turns into a strong syrup.

3.Continue boiling till the mixture turns thick enough until it becomes a syrup.
4.Dip the bread slices into the sugar syrup and let them dry for sometime.

5.To make masala milk,boil 500 ml milk till it turns thick enough and reduces to half is quantity(250 ml).

6.Add elaichi,jaifal,badam,pista powder as per taste,little sugar to the milk ,mix it properly and let it cool down.

7.Now the dip the bread pieces in the masala milk and garnish it with badam pista slices.
